Cost:-

Rooms from £139 per night (dependant on room type, sea view etc. will be more)
Unfortunately there is no reduction for single occupancy.
Dinner £61.70 per person per night to include a 3 course meal, a pre-dinner drinks reception and a half bottle of house wine per person (or equivalent beer/soft drinks).
Full breakfast and access to the leisure facilities included.

So total for two people for the two nights in a standard room would be:- £524.80
There is ample free car parking available.

Booking procedure:-

Booking has now opened and you can secure a room by telephoning the hotel direct, quoting the Delta Club Reunion event and giving a credit card number.  No money will be taken until your arrival and there is free cancellation up till a week before arrival. 

 

Please note – DO NOT BOOK ONLINE.

As booking can be cancelled without penalty almost right up to the event there is no need to be concerned about ‘not being able to make it’ and we would recommend early booking to be sure of getting the room of your choice.  Rooms must be reserved with the hotel by 1st April 2025 otherwise the room allocation will be lost.
 
The price of a stand alone dinner including aforementioned drinks will be £61.70 per person (book by telephone and pay at the hotel on arrival) but we really hope that as many members as possible will stay on both nights for the full event.  This might be our last reunion - let’s make it great!
